Department cash is the spendable currency for headquarters, vehicles, and salaries. Known sources are graded dispatches, scene evidence and contraband, hour-long beat patrols that write parking citations, high-value target bonuses, Global Raid funding, and two codes: SHIELDUP for $900 and TEARGAS for $1,550. No per-minute citation value or salary is published.
