1. Choose the founding specialist — You only have one officer at the start. Assault clears simple alarms faster. Breacher is for barricaded doors. Medic keeps more of the reward when a raid fails.
2. Assault — Dwayne Carter Jr. Point Man adds 10 percent intervention effectiveness, with high accuracy and speed.
3. Breacher — Ramirez. First Through improves the breach. Speed is a little lower and protection is higher.
4. Medic — Morgan. No One Left Behind keeps far more rewards after a failed operation.
5. Run the first dispatch — Select a call, send Unit Alpha, pick front, rear, or side entry, clear the rooms, and collect evidence before you leave.
6. Call types and entries — Store alarms, barricades, pursuits, and how the summary grades Speed, Captures, Safety, and Damage.
7. Buy the station, then research — Put cash into headquarters before you fill the roster. Level 3 is the published gate for Unit Charlie and extra garage space.
8. Levels and research nodes — Named headquarters gates and the one-at-a-time research queue.
